Questions

Good to know.

Before you tap your card.

Do I need an app?

No. Rent at the station’s card reader, with no app, account or QR scan required.

How much does it cost?

Pilot prices are still to be confirmed. Before you rent, the station screen will show the rate, card hold and maximum charge.

Is there a card hold?

Yes. A temporary hold is placed on your card before the powerbank is released. After a confirmed return, we collect the rental charge. Your bank determines when the remaining hold is released.

Where can I return it?

At a 1% station with an internet connection and a free slot. If it’s full or offline, keep the powerbank with you. Contact info@1pct.pt for help.

Can I rent in Lisbon yet?

Not yet. The pilot is in preparation. We’ll publish the location and terms once they’re confirmed.
